How Does T.H.Baker's Click & Collect Work?

T.H.Baker’s Click & Collect service provides a seamless and convenient way to shop online and pick up your purchase at nearby DPD pickup points such as CO-OPs, Post Offices, and other access points. It offers the flexibility of not waiting at home for deliveries while contributing to greener shipping with local pickups.

How it Works

1. 1. Browse and Select Products: Start by browsing through the wide range of jewellery and watches available on the T.H.Baker website. Once you've chosen your items, add them to your cart. Add any free gifts or apply any discount or gift card codes if eligible.

1. 2. Proceed to Checkout: After selecting your items, continue to the checkout. Here, you can either log in if you're an existing customer or proceed as a guest.

1. 3. Choose Delivery Method: At checkout, you’ll be given the option to choose between home delivery and Click & Collect. Select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery method.  You can then choose between standard or next-day Collection for your order.

1. 4. Find a Pickup Location: You’ll be prompted to enter your postcode to find nearby DPD pickup locations, which include T.H.Baker stores, local post offices, or other access points such as CO-OP and other local supermarkets. Select the most convenient location from the list.

1. 5. Complete Payment: Once you’ve selected your pickup location, finalise your payment to complete your order.

1. 6. Notification for Pickup: You will receive an email notification from DPD when your order is available for collection at your chosen location.

*Please note that the Click & Collect option isn’t available for purchases through PayPal or V12 Finance

Collecting Your Order

When your order is ready, simply head to your chosen store or post office. Be sure to bring:

• - Your order confirmation number (found in the email)
• - A valid form of ID (like a driving licence or passport)

If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, they must bring the order number and their ID that matches the name on the order.
