Yes, when sent with gold, platinum, or palladium. We accept silver jewellery on its own, provided it weighs over 20 grams. Items below this weight are not viable for us to process.
Gold (jewellery, coins, bullion, scrap) and dental gold, plus platinum and palladium.
For gold watches, the movement must be removed so the case can be accurately weighed. While many movements can be removed easily, some are more complex. There is a risk of damage during removal, and we cannot accept responsibility should this occur.
Yes. We accept all colours of gold and platinum.
Generally gemstones have much less value than gold and you might choose to remove sentimental stones before sending, but we might increase our offer for them depending upon the size and type.
For diamonds over 0.25pts we will work out an additional offer.
Should your parcel contain no qualifying precious metal, we are happy to return it to you, subject to a return charge. Silver on its own is only accepted if it weighs more than 20 grams or if it is included within gold items.
