We offer highly competitive prices across our range of branded jewellery and watches.

If you find an identical, authentic and brand-new product advertised for less by an authorised UK retailer, we will be happy to match the advertised price or valid promotional discount, provided the product is in stock and available for immediate dispatch and subject to the following terms and conditions:

• - We only price match UK-based websites.
• - We do not price match grey-market products.
• - We do not price match listings on online marketplaces, including eBay and Amazon.
• - We do not price match second hand Rolex watches.
• - Successful price matches are provided by way of a discount code, reducing the product to the agreed matched price.
• - Price match discount codes cannot be used with any other promotional code or offer.
• - We reserve the right to refuse any price match request at our discretion.

Price matches must be requested and approved before purchase. We cannot refund the difference once an order has been placed.

Here's How It Works:

At the time of purchase:

• On the product listing, click '£ Price Match Available' to start your price match request.
• Simply answer a few questions including your full name, email address, a link to the competitor’s product page and the advertised price in GBP £££s. A contact number is optional but may help us respond more quickly.
• Once completed, please press the 'Submit Request' button.
• ... and that's it - we'll be in touch.
