Continuing Seiko's legacy of innovation and design evolution, Prospex introduces a new diver’s watch, evolved from a blend of two popular Seiko designs.

Nicknamed by fans for their distinctive case shapes, the ‘Samurai’ and ‘Shogun’ designs are renowned Seiko models known for their angular forms and immediate recognizability. The new ‘Samurai’ inspired 4R Diver hybrid incorporates elements from both heritage designs while adding modernized features.

Aesthetically, the new model borrows the steep angled lugs of the Shogun, as sharp as a Samurai sword, and integrates the crown design of the Samurai model with the straight contours of both blueprints.

In terms of size, this watch features a compact 41.7mm diameter case and a slim design for comfortable wearability. It showcases new sharp design elements such as a date window at 4.5 o’clock, pointed hands, and a newly shaped bracelet.

Compliant with the recognized ISO standard for professional diving watches, it is powered by the in-house 4R35 movement with a 40-hour power reserve.
