Any purchases made online can be returned within 30 days. To get a full refund or exchange, simply return your items to us in their original condition and packaging within the return window.

The NORQAIN Independence Skeleton Titanium DLC N3000.07T01.B03.R01 combines lightweight performance with a bold, stealth-inspired design. Its 42mm Grade 5 titanium case is finished with a durable black DLC coating and weighs just 82g for exceptional wearing comfort. The openworked black dial reveals the fully black, COSC-certified NORQAIN Calibre NB08S automatic skeleton movement, while red gold-plated indexes and hands filled with white Super-LumiNova provide a striking contrast and enhanced visibility. The 26-jewel movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivers a power reserve of approximately 41 hours.

Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, while a sapphire case back provides another view of the skeletonised movement and personalised NORQAIN oscillating weight. The watch also features a screw-down crown, an engraved and personalisable Grade 5 titanium NORQAIN plate, 100 metres of water resistance and a black rubber strap with NORQAIN’s signature Milanese pattern, secured by a black DLC-coated titanium pin buckle.

Q: How Do I Use Your Click and Collect Service?

A: You can now choose Click & Collect as a delivery option at checkout. Orders can be collected from a T.H.Baker store or your local Post Office. To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation number (found in your confirmation email) along with valid identification. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, they must provide the order number and present ID that matches the name on the order.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and to a range of international destinations. If you're making an order using our finance options, we can only deliver to your home address.

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day.

Q: How long does it take for an item to be engraved and delivered?

A: Engraved products may take up to 5 working days to be processed. This means that 3 working days should be added to your expected delivery date - including Express, Special, and Saturday delivery. Please Note: During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, engraved items may take an additional 7 working days to arrive, so please order in plenty of time.
