    Extended Christmas Returns

    Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 10th October 2025 until 10th December 2025. Any purchases made online between these dates can be returned up until 9th January 2026. For purchases made from 11th December 2025, our normal 30 day returns policy applies.To get a full refund or exchange, simply return your items to us in their original condition and packaging within the return window.

    Please note: This returns and exchanges policy only relates to internet
    purchases and does not apply to purchases made in store.

    unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you
    can return it to us. Items must be returned in their original condition and
    packaging, within 9th January 2026 for eligible orders under extended Christmas policy and within 30 days of the date you purchased your item for non-eligible orders. We can offer an exchange or full refund for the price you paid

This means that 3 working days should be added to your expected delivery date - including Express, Special, and Saturday delivery. Please Note: During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, engraved items may take an additional 7 working days to arrive, so please order in plenty of time.
