To get a full refund or exchange, simply return your items to us in their original condition and packaging within the return window.

We hope you love your purchase from T.H.Baker. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date you purchased your item. For Christmas, we're extending our returns policy for online purchases made between 9th October and 11th December 2026, allowing returns up until 8th January 2027. For purchases made from 12th December 2026, our standard 30-day returns policy will apply. We can offer an exchange or full refund for the price you paid

Rich in heritage character, the Longines Flagship Heritage Moonphase L4.815.4.78.2 pairs a 38.5mm stainless steel case with a brown alligator leather strap and traditional buckle. Its opaline ivory dial is detailed with applied baton hour markers and Swiss Super-LumiNova hands, alongside a date display and romantic moon phase complication. Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides protects the dial, while the screw-down case back is distinguished by the collection’s emblem: a hand-painted enamel caravel set upon an 18-carat gold medallion.

A 21-jewel Swiss automatic mechanical movement fitted with a monocrystalline silicon balance spring beats at 25,200 vibrations per hour and delivers up to 72 hours of power reserve. The moon phase and date are elegantly presented within the subdial at 6 o’clock, preserving the watch’s beautifully balanced vintage-inspired appearance. The case measures 12.4mm thick with a 19mm lug width, while the watch weighs 73.6g and is water-resistant to 30 metres.

Q: How Do I Use Your Click and Collect Service?

A: You can now choose Click & Collect as a delivery option at checkout. Orders can be collected from a T.H.Baker store or your local Post Office. To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation number (found in your confirmation email) along with valid identification. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, they must provide the order number and present ID that matches the name on the order.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and to a range of international destinations. If you're making an order using our finance options, we can only deliver to your home address.

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day.

Q: How long does it take for an item to be engraved and delivered?

A: Engraved products may take up to 5 working days to be processed. This means that 3 working days should be added to your expected delivery date - including Express, Special, and Saturday delivery. Please Note: During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, engraved items may take an additional 7 working days to arrive, so please order in plenty of time.
