    This insurance is optional and will meet the demands and needs of a UK resident requiring insurance for jewellery or watches in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man plus up to 30 consecutive days elsewhere in the world any one trip.

    The insurance is administered by T H March & Co. Limited, Hare Park House, Yelverton Business Park, Yelverton, Devon, PL20 7LS, and they are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This may be checked on the Financial Services Register on the FCA’s website.

    In the unlikely event that you may wish to make a complaint, this should be directed to T H March. The complaints procedure is detailed in your insurance documentation.

    It is important you read the certificate as this details the terms, conditions and any restrictions in cover.

    T.H.Baker Return Policy

    Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 10th October 2025 until 10th December 2025. Any purchases made online between these dates can be returned up until 9th January 2026. For purchases made from 11th December 2025, our normal 30 day returns policy applies.To get a full refund or exchange, simply return your items to us in their original condition and packaging within the return window.

    Please note: This returns and exchanges policy only relates to internet
    purchases and does not apply to purchases made in store.

    We hope you love your purchase from T.H.Baker. However, if you are
    unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you
    can return it to us. Items must be returned in their original condition and
    packaging, within 9th January 2026 for eligible orders under extended Christmas policy and within 30 days of the date you purchased your item for non-eligible orders. We can offer an exchange or full refund for the price you paid

      Q: How Do I Use Your Click and Collect Service?

      A: You can now choose Click & Collect as a delivery option at checkout. Orders can be collected from a T.H.Baker store or your local Post Office. To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation number (found in your confirmation email) along with valid identification. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, they must provide the order number and present ID that matches the name on the order.

      Q: Where do you deliver?

      A: We deliver to the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and to a range of international destinations. If you're making an order using our finance options, we can only deliver to your home address.

      Q: When will my order be dispatched?

      A: Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day.

      Q: How long does it take for an item to be engraved and delivered?

      A: Engraved products may take up to 5 working days to be processed. This means that 3 working days should be added to your expected delivery date - including Express, Special, and Saturday delivery. Please Note: During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, engraved items may take an additional 7 working days to arrive, so please order in plenty of time.
