To get a full refund or exchange, simply return your items to us in their original condition and packaging within the return window.

Please note: This returns and exchanges policy only relates to internet
purchases and does not apply to purchases made in store.

We hope you love your purchase from T.H.Baker. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date you purchased your item. For Christmas, we're extending our returns policy for online purchases made between 9th October and 11th December 2026, allowing returns up until 8th January 2027. For purchases made from 12th December 2026, our standard 30-day returns policy will apply. We can offer an exchange or full refund for the price you paid

Q: How Do I Use Your Click and Collect Service?

A: You can now choose Click & Collect as a delivery option at checkout. Orders can be collected from a T.H.Baker store or your local Post Office. To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation number (found in your confirmation email) along with valid identification. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, they must provide the order number and present ID that matches the name on the order.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and to a range of international destinations. If you're making an order using our finance options, we can only deliver to your home address.

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day.

Q: How long does it take for an item to be engraved and delivered?

A: Engraved products may take up to 5 working days to be processed. This means that 3 working days should be added to your expected delivery date - including Express, Special, and Saturday delivery. Please Note: During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, engraved items may take an additional 7 working days to arrive, so please order in plenty of time.
